6. Siegerermittlung: Gewonnen hat diejenige Seite (Domain), die in sechs Ranking-Messungen bei Google am 13., 14. und 15. März die besten Werte aus diesen Messungen erreicht.

7. Contestsiegerprämie: Mit 50.000 US-Dollar ist der Siegerpreis auch finanziell durchaus ansprechend.

8. Genereller Rechtswegausschluss: Der Rechtsweg ist für alle Teilnehmer ausgeschlossen.
